The next regular meeting of the BEADLE COUNTY SPORTSMEN’S CLUB will be held on Tuesday, April 14th. Social hour will start at 6:00 p.m., with hors d`oeuvres starting at 6:15 pm. and supper served around 7:00 p.m.
MENU: Roast Beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetable, salad and dessert. We need help in the kitchen following the meeting with clean up. Talk to Ken, Lyle or Janet

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped at the KOKK Outdoot Sports Show Brat Feed in March.
We are having a ‘sweatshirt raffle’ at the cost of $1 a chance. If you’re a winner, you’ll get a certificate to pick up your color choice and size at Signature Plus. Also have a raffle for a Savage 308 Bolt Action gun for $10 a chance.
We have a Perpetual Memorial Plaque at our clubhouse. Contact Sharon if you are interested in having your loved ones name(s) engraved on a plate; the cost is $50 for each plate. We wish to keep this memorial to only names with ties to the Beadle County Sportsmen’s Club.
The Big Buck/Bull/Lunker Contest winners: Plaques were awarded to Gary Caviezel (Archery- Whitetail), Donna Frank (Longest Walleye caught with hook and line); and Jim Winger (Longest other game fish not a walleye, examples are paddle fish, salmon, northern pike, muskellunge, etc.)
Make plans to attend the 2026 Spring Bonanza on Saturday, April 25th:
Top prize $1,500; 2nd Prize – Bergara Ridge Carbon Wilderness 6.5 Creedmor; 3rd Prize – Winchester XPR Vortex Scope Combo 6.5 PRC; 4th Prize – Ruger Compact Pistol 9 mm. Need all tickets returned to Sharon by April 15th. Drawings for $25 throughtout the evening, along with blackjack, dice game (Taurus G3C pistol prize), pick a duck (cash prizes), heads or tails, pay what you pull game (Winchester XPR Renegade Long Range 6.5 Creedmoor prize), and popular hat raffle (Winchester XPR Stealth 243). If you have donations for our silent auction, you can bring them on Tuesday, or contact a board member.

May 12th meeting – the 2026 shed antler contest
June 7-13 – Youth Conservation Camp at Camp Bob Marshall, Custer, SD for kids that have completed 8th through 11th grade. Register at: sdwf.org/camp before May 15th. The Beadle County Sportsmen’s Club will pay fees.
